What is a RAG agent and how is it different from ChatGPT?
A RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) agent first searches your company's documents and systems, then writes the answer citing those sources. Unlike a generic chatbot, it answers from your current information, respects access permissions and reduces made-up answers.
Where is our data hosted? Is it GDPR compliant?
The solution runs in your own cloud account, in the region you choose, including EU regions and the AWS region in Spain. Your data stays in your environment, and every project is designed with encryption, access control and audit logs to support GDPR compliance.
How does the EU AI Act affect our project?
We assess the risk level of each use case during discovery and build in human oversight, traceability, logging and technical documentation from day one, which underpin the obligations of the EU AI Act.
How long does a project take?
Discovery takes two weeks and a pilot four to six weeks, with success metrics agreed up front. Production rollout is planned around the scope validated in the pilot.
Do we have to use AWS?
No. If you already run on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, we deploy inside your environment with your tools. If you have no cloud yet, we deliver the full solution on AWS and hand it over whenever you want.
