1. Acceptance of Terms

RAG Solutions is the trade name of Facundo Cappella, a self-employed professional (autónomo) based in Madrid, Spain. By accessing and using RAG Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

RAG Solutions provides AI-powered solutions including but not limited to:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents
• Custom AI agent development
• Workflow automation services
• AI adoption consulting
• AI voice assistant solutions

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refund policies will be outlined in service-specific agreements

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and branding, remain the property of RAG Solutions. Custom solutions developed for clients will be subject to terms outlined in individual agreements.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your data and business information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of service delivery.

7. Service Levels

Service levels, including availability targets, support hours and response times, are defined in each client's service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAG Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination
• We will provide data export capabilities where applicable
• Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Failing that, the courts of Madrid, Spain

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
